Very important:
when the fish is fresh you must always keep it refrigerated until the
cooking time. When is frozen you must let the fish defrost naturally by
taking it out the freezer 6 hours before cooking time and leave it in
the fridge or take it out rinse it under cold tap water for 30 sec and
leave it in the basin until soft, avoid heat nearby!
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and rub over the fish. Allow to marinate for
1 hour. Place on foil lined baking sheet cook in the oven for about 20
min at 180 or braai on the grill about 30cm from the heat, turn around
every 5 minutes, cook for 20 min. Spoon juices over the fish and serve
with lemon wedges
